Angular contact ball bearings

Single-row angular contact ball bearings can support simultaneous radial and axial loads, with the axial load acting in only one direction. They can operate at high speeds. This type of bearing is more suitable than deep groove ball bearings for supporting large axial loads acting in only one direction.

CARB toroidal roller bearings

Single row, longitudinally curved CARB roller bearings have a slightly barrel-like shape and spherical raceways. They are used as unpositioned free-side bearings to accommodate shaft expansion during operation and support only radial loads.

Cylindrical roller bearings

Single row full complete (NCF) cylindrical roller bearings are designed to handle very high radial loads at medium speeds. These bearings have the maximum number of rollers due to the absence of a cage, featuring two integrated flanges on the inner ring and one flange on the outer ring. NCF bearings can accommodate axial movement in one direction.

Cylindrical roller thrust bearings

Single-row cylindrical roller bearings are designed to withstand high axial loads and high loads in one direction, but not radial loads. These bearings are highly rigid and require minimal axial space. They are mainly used in applications where axial ball bearings cannot adequately handle the load. A key feature is their separable design, which simplifies installation and allows for easy replacement of bearing components.

Deep groove ball bearings

Single row deep groove ball bearings with filling slots and a snap ring accommodate more balls than standard deep groove ball bearings. They are of a simple, yet versatile, design and are robust in operation, requiring little maintenance. They can accommodate radial and axial loads in both directions. They have a higher radial load carrying capacity than the corresponding bearings without filling slots but have a limited axial load carrying capacity due to the filling slots. The snap ring, fitted in an annular groove in the outer ring, facilitates axial location of the bearings within their housings.

Four-point contact ball bearing

Four-point contact bearings can withstand high axial loads in both directions and small radial loads. They can operate at very high speeds and are more suitable than deep groove ball bearings for axial load support. The outer ring, consisting of balls and cage, can be mounted separately from the two inner rings.

High temperature bearings

Insert bearings are based on sealed deep groove ball bearings. These bearings are suitable for applications with both constant and alternating rotation directions. They have an inner ring for mounting to the shaft.

Hybrid bearings

Hybrid ceramic single-row deep groove ball bearings have rings made of bearing steel and rollers made of bearing-grade silicon nitride, making the bearing electrically insulating. Ceramic rollers not only provide protection against electrical damage, but compared to bearings of the same size with steel rollers, they also offer improved bearing performance, longer service life, higher operating speed capability, higher wear resistance, higher bearing rigidity, and reduced risk of pitting and wear.

Insert bearings

Insert bearings are based on sealed deep groove ball bearings. These bearings are suitable for applications with both constant and alternating rotation directions. They have an inner ring for mounting to the shaft.

INSOCOAT bearings

INSOCOAT single-row cylindrical roller bearings are designed to handle high radial loads and high speeds. Electrical insulation coatings on the outer or inner ring surfaces prevent electrical current from flowing through the bearing. NU series bearings have double-edged projections on the outer ring and no projections on the inner ring, allowing for axial movement in both directions. A key feature is their separable design, which simplifies installation and allows for easy replacement of bearing components.

Needle roller bearings

These bearings consist of a radial needle roller bearing combined with an angular contact ball bearing. Together they can accommodate both heavy radial loads and light axial loads in both directions. In addition, they can operate at high speeds. Their low cross-sectional height makes the bearings particularly suitable for applications where other types of locating bearing arrangements occupy too much space.

Needle roller thrust bearings

Needle thrust bearings are designed to withstand high axial loads and maximum loads in one direction, providing high rigidity in confined axial areas.

Self-aligning ball bearings

Self-aligning ball bearings have two rows of balls, a common spherical raceway in the outer ring, and two uninterrupted deep raceways in the inner ring. These bearings are insensitive to angular misalignment of the shaft relative to the housing.

Sensor bearing

This unit combines the functions of bearings and sensors into a single, compact, robust, and easy-to-install unit, enabling accurate and continuous monitoring of rotational speed and direction. The unit features built-in electronic sensor protection, ensuring accurate data transmission even in harsh electromagnetic environments while preventing electronic failures.

Spherical roller bearings

Spherical roller bearings can accommodate heavy loads in both directions. They are self-aligning and accommodate misalignment and shaft deflections, with virtually no increase in friction or temperature. Under normal operating conditions, sealed bearings are almost maintenance-free, keeping service costs and grease consumption low. The design includes features to facilitate relubrication.

Spherical roller thrust bearings

Spherical thrust roller bearings are designed to withstand very high axial loads, offering the highest load rating compared to other types of thrust bearings.

Tapered roller bearings

Tapered roller bearings are designed to handle both radial and axial loads and provide low friction during operation. The inner ring, which contains the rollers and cage, can be mounted separately from the outer ring.

Thrust ball bearings

Thrust ball bearings can withstand axial loads in both directions but not radial loads. Separable components facilitate easy installation/disassembly and maintenance, and many parts are interchangeable. The shaft washers have machined bores, allowing for a tight fit.
