Hybrid ceramic single-row cylindrical roller bearings are designed to handle high radial loads coupled with high speeds. With rings made of bearing steel and rollers made of bearing-grade silicon nitride, these bearings are electrically insulating. The ceramic rollers not only protect against electrical damage but also extend bearing life by providing improved bearing performance even under harsh operating conditions. The NU design bearings have double-edge protrusions on the outer ring and no protrusions on the inner ring, allowing for axial movement in both directions. The separable design simplifies installation and enables easy replacement of bearing components.
